Dr. Stephanie Meglino is a board certified Chiropractor at Chosen Spot Chiropractic & Wellness.

Her formal training includes:

  • Doctorate of Chiropractic with honors from New York Chiropractic College

  • Sports Injury Management, Instrument Assisted Manipulation, Rock Tape, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Technique

  • Applied Kinesiology Certification from the International College of Applied Kinesiology

  • Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Oneonta

Dr. Meglino is a Chiropractor with Chiropractic roots! She grew up in Glens Falls, NY where her mother and father set up their private practice. She was lucky to be able to receive “tune ups” from her father to help her recover from tough softball and rock climbing practices. Even before big tests, adjustments helped balance her nervous system, keeping her calm and focused. The Chiropractic lifestyle established other habits to support her overall well-being. This balanced approach to health is central to care with her own patients.

The connection Dr. Meglino cultivates with her patients comes from her deeper experience helping others as a counseling teacher. Prior to Chiropractic she helped students with social, emotional, educational or mental health challenges. “This is where I emotionally grew as a person and found my passion and joy for helping people. I also learned how much stress affects the body, mentally and physically. Being present and really listening to someone is so powerful. It can help that individual shift and give them an opportunity to make better decisions towards their wellness.”

Dr. Meglino is inspired to help others heal, laugh, and be empowered to take charge of their mental and physical health. Teaching patients exercises and stretches, prescribing food-based interventions and helping them work towards their goals is part of her mission.

“You don’t need to be in pain to experience the benefits of Chiropractic care. I want patients to feel empowered, I want them to walk out of the office having the knowledge and tools to help themselves.”

In her free time she loves to go hiking and roller skating and relaxes with reading, playing board games, and watching movies (especially Marvel and Disney).
