Dr. Jessica Berlin grew up in the Finger Lakes and is happy to return to the area to serve her community. She graduated valedictorian from Avoca Central School before going on to post-graduate and doctorate studies. While at Hobart and William Smith Colleges and Finger Lakes Community College, she explored personal and professional passions before earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Jessica received her Doctorate from Northeast College of Health Sciences. While there, she also earned an Advanced Certificate in Sports Science and Human Performance, Applied Kinesiology certification from the International College of Applied Kinesiology, and Webster certification from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Jessica’s personal history with Chiropractic came from a lower back injury she suffered from pushing a truck that wouldn’t start! The quick results she experienced were obvious, but her passion for the profession was born when she realized this was the way she could achieve physical, mental, and emotional wellness. This is the spirit with which she begins her life in Chiropractic. She is inspired to empower the community to take control of their health too.
She shares the message, “I care about teaching my patients because we get one body, one life. There are so many ways we can improve how our bodies function and heal, which can largely impact the type of life we’re able to lead. Let’s lead our best lives together.”
Dr. Berlin believes in constant and never ending improvement. Her seasoned history as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, in addition to her chiropractic intern experience, brings a wealth of knowledge that can support her patient care. She is excited to get back into a hands-on wellness setting where she can better the lives of others.
Outside of the office, Jess enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and taking on one-too-many DIY renovations and projects.
